I William Maze of the county of Jefferson and state of Tennessee being of sound mind and  memory do make and publish this  my last will testament hereby revoking  all former wills  by me at any other time made.
 First I desire after my death that my body be intered in the family gravyard on my place in a manner suitable to my condition in life and that my funeral  expenses be pade as soon after my decrease as possible out of my money that I may be possesset at my death or may first come into the hands of my exeutor from any portion of my estate either reail or personal and as to such worldly property as it has pleased God to entrust me with I dispose off as follows to witt;
1st  It  is my desire  that my son William H. Maze have all my land or real estate lying south of the main road that  runs through my farm known as Bulls Gap road for and in consideration of this bequest it is my desire that my son William H.take care off and provide for my wife Rachael during her natural life or during her widowhood and no longer.
 
2nd. It is further my desire that the remainder  of my lands  together with  all of my persoal property  be sold  at publick auction to the highest bidder on each time as  my executor may think best the graveyard to be reserved in said sail and the proceeds of  said sale together with any money that I may be possest off at my death after paying all my just debts and paying my daughter Emily H. one hundred dollars in liu of a horse that the balance of my children has heretofore had to be equally divided among my children Francis C. John M  Lidiee M. Rebecca A.  Powell and Emily H. Maze
3rd and Last I  appoint my friend and neighbor Willie S. Ruce  my executor to this my last will and  testament  Given under my hand  and seal this 8 day of March.                                  Willi Maze-seal
