I, Mrs. Margaret May being of sound mind and disposing memory hereby make
and publish this, my last will and testament hereby revoking all others
before me made.
First:: It is my will that as soon after my death as possible that all my
just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first money coming into
the hands of my executors.
Second: For the love and affection I substain to my two sons , H.L. and
R.J.May and for the futher consideration for their support and assistance
heretofore rendered to me and for their support to me of all the necessories
of life during the remainder of my life accordng to my present mode and
manner of living I hereby will, devise and bequeath to them equallly all of
my property of what so ever nature I may be possessed of at the time of my
death including herein especially all the monies and notes coming to me
out of the sale in the case of John. A. May et. al. vs. Carrie May et. al.
in the county court of Dandridge, Tennessee, and all personal property
inluding livestock and farming implements which I may or hereafet posess.
It being my desire and intention to make the said H.L. and R.J. May my
beloved sons my sole beneficiaries.
Third: The concessions heretofore made by me to the rest of my children in
the settlement of the personal property rights in the case mentioned above
is all that I desire that they and each of them recieve from me.
Fourth:I hereby nominate and appoint the said H.L. and R.J. May my executors
and excuse them from making bond.
