April 1826- This day George May states that he is week in body but sound in
mind and desires to have his will rote. My will is that Rachel my beloved wife
keeps all the property and lands in her hands till the youngest child comes of
age and then for each one to share an equal part. My will also is if Rachel my
beloved wife dyes before the youngest child comes of age that my land and other
property be cept for their support till they all come of age and if anything
remains for all to shear a equal part.

The noncupative will of George May deceased,was presented in open court and
satisfactory proof being made to the court touching the execution of said will.
It is ordered by court that it will be admited to record and thereupon came
Rachel May in open court and obtained leave to administer on all and singular
the goods and chattles rights and credits of George May deceased.With the will
of the said George May deceased annexed who entered into bond with security for
the faithful discharge of her duty therein and was qualified.
