Will of WILLIAM BOSTICK

10th day April 1790
I William Baustick of the State of North Carolina and County
of Caswell being weak of body but of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain
this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit --
Item I lend to my beloved wife Micha Baustick during her
natural life all my Estate Viz. consisting of horses Cattle Sheep and all my
house hold & Kitchen furniture and all plantation utentials and after my
wifes Decease my will and desire is that all my Estate of Horses Cattle &
Sheep together with all my debts due one either my bond bills notes of hand and
open accounts all my beds and furniture and all my household and kitchin
furniture and all my Plantation utentials I give unto Obediah Baustick (my
daughter Kezias son) to him and his heirs forever I appoint constitute and
appoint Obediah Baustick Executor', of this my last will and testament
disannulling and revoking all other wills heartofore by me maid In witness
where of I have hearunto Set my hand and Seaile this 10th day April 1790.

The Execution of Will was duly prooved in open Court by the
oathe of Reubin Ragland one of the Subscribeing witnesses thereto and on motion
ordered to be Recorded at the Same time Obediah Bostick qualified Exec. to said
