Indenture made between David Mays and Mildred his wife of Henry Co to Robert Allen of sd county, consideration 75 pds, 110 acres land on Marrowbone creek, beginning at an ash tree on Marrowbone Crk at the mouth of a branch thence up the sd branch as it meanders 204 poles to a hickory thence north 72 west 81 poles to a white oak thence north 21 west 46 poles to a hickory on a branch near the heard (?) thence down sd branch as it meanders to where it empties into Marrowbone crk thence down sd crk as it meanders to the beginning... no witnesses.                                                                David (X) Mayse ss
