IN YE NAME OF GOD Amen, the 20th day of June
in ye year of our Lord God Sixteen Sixty & three, I Tho Gascoyne being
weake of body but of sound mind & m prayse almighty God & knowledge (
?? ) ye day & houre uncertaine doe therefore make this my Last Will &
Testament as foll: vizt., I give my soule unto almighty God hopinge thriugh ye
merrits & bitter passion of (??) to receave a full & free pardon of all
my (??) it shall please God to call me. I commit my body to the earth from
whence it came & touching such worldly goods as hath pleased God to indow
me with all I dispose of as foll: Vizt. I give my son, Josias Gaskoyne & my
son Hen Gaskoyne all my Cattle. ye male Cattle and all ye male Hoggs yt is now
(??) shall be spent in ye House; I give to my son Josias Gaskoyne & my son
Henry Gaskoyne each of them one featherbed & one bolster. I give to my
sonne, Josiad Gaskoyne this Planatcon where I now live & to my sonne Henry
Gadkoyne I give my pt of yt Plantacon (??) of Mr Morris. I give to each of them
(??) to each of them two pewter dishes if (??) of these should dye ye survivr
shall injoy (??) I also give to my two sons, each of them, one chest to Josias
ye Chest called ye (? Lines) Chest & to Henry ye Chest I bought of Jno
Swanson, $ I doe institute & ordayne my loving sonne Henry Mayes, my true
and lawfull Attorney (??) to ye over sight of this Will; In Testomony of ye
same I have hereunto sett my hand & seale ye day & yeare above written.
